Senior Digital Designer [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Digital Designer based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of digital execution, where design craft meets hands-on implementation across web, email, and marketing experiences. You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining high-quality digital outputs that are visually consistent, responsive, and conversion-ready. Working as part of a small, highly capable digital team, you will help ensure day-to-day production flows smoothly while maintaining strong brand integrity across all touchpoints. The role requires someone who is equally comfortable designing in Figma and troubleshooting real-world front-end issues directly in the browser. You will also contribute to motion, component systems, and scalable design workflows that support the wider creative organization. This is a highly hands-on position where attention to detail, speed, and technical fluency directly impact the quality of every digital experience delivered.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the design and implementation of digital experiences across web, email, and marketing channels, ensuring both creative excellence and technical accuracy while maintaining and evolving scalable design systems.

• Design and build WordPress pages and posts that are visually refined, responsive, and aligned with brand standards.
• Create HubSpot landing pages and email templates optimized for both design quality and conversion performance.
• Select, configure, and adapt HubSpot and WordPress modules to meet design and brand requirements effectively.
• Diagnose and resolve front-end layout issues, including spacing, responsiveness, and cross-device consistency.
• Implement lightweight motion and interaction design directly in the browser, including scroll animations and micro-interactions.
• Own and maintain the Figma component library, ensuring scalability, consistency, and continuous evolution of the design system.
• Produce and refine presentation decks and sales enablement materials using Google Slides.
• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all digital outputs.
• Act as primary digital support when needed, independently managing the full digital design workload.
• Actively integrate AI tools into design workflows to improve speed, output, and creative exploration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled digital designer with strong Figma expertise, solid front-end literacy, and hands-on experience delivering production-ready digital assets across web, email, and marketing platforms.

• 6–8+ years of experience in digital design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or similar environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced component library creation and system management.
• Proven experience designing and building in WordPress, with working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong experience with HubSpot for landing pages and email design, including module configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve responsive layout issues independently across devices.
• Demonstrated experience implementing motion design or animations in live web environments.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and attention to cross-device consistency.
• Experience working with design systems, including extending and maintaining scalable component libraries.
• Proficiency in Google Slides for high-quality presentation and sales enablement design.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance design output, production speed, and creative ideation.
• Strong collaboration skills with a low-ego, team-first mindset.
• Nice to have: basic JavaScript knowledge, familiarity with Tailwind or similar frameworks, or experience in fintech/B2B SaaS environments.
