Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Technical Customer Engagement Advisor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will support the Data Center and Cloud Optimization Program (DCCO). This individual will develop and implement forward-thinking IT strategies that align with our government clients' goals and needs while driving business revenue growth. Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

• Work with customers and their priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated new business opportunities.
• Deliver customer presentations, development of Statements of Work, respond to RFPs and RFIs, participate in and/or lead customer workshops, demos, proof of concepts, and assessments.
• Outreach to mid-tier management and technical leadership at DHS. Serve as a liaison between mid-tier management and leadership.
• Conduct hands-on fieldwork to showcase and promote the organizations capabilities.
• Implement strategies to increase lead generation, collaborating closely with Client Advocates and technical teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations to showcase the organization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge in outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content for lead generation campaigns.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required, Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience or Master's degree and 6 years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12 years experience.
• ITIL v4 Certification required.
• 2-3 years' experience with technical customer engagement or a similar role within the IT industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exemplary communication, analytical skills, and technical knowledge across the client environment.
• Ability to produce concise and clear technical documentation. Target Salary Range
