We're looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center construction projects in Killeen, TX.
This is a great opportunity for a construction leader who knows how to drive safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and subcontractor performance on complex mission-critical projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment
• Develop and maintain project schedules and weekly work plans
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance
• Lead coordination meetings and resolve constructability issues
• Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, subcontractors, and project teams
• Oversee punch list completion, startup, and commissioning activities
• Lead and develop field personnel and subcontractor teams

What We're Looking For

• 3-10+ years of construction superintendent experience , depending on project level
• Experience managing data center or similar mission-critical facilities
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and safety
• Proven experience leading subcontractors and field teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Project Levels
Project Superintendent I: Projects up to $20M | Typically 3-5 years' experience
Project Superintendent II: Projects $20M-$50M | Typically 5-10 years' experience
