VNA offers exceptional healthcare delivered in homes, health centers and community settings with extensive programs and services. Our health centers are located in Six large suburban communities (Aurora, Elgin, Carol Stream, Bensenville, Bolingbrook & Romeoville) within a one hour commute to downtown Chicago - with a staff of over 400 we serve 60,000 annually, providing primary care at our Joint Commission Accredited FQHC.
