The Role

• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Research customer interests, competitors, and relevant market trends.
• Help coordinate promotional events and campaign schedules.
• Maintain marketing calendars, contact lists, and project records.
• Support the preparation of email communications and social media content.
• Check marketing materials for accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to keep tasks and deadlines on track.
• Help gather customer feedback and share useful insights with the team.
• Monitor campaign activity and assist with basic progress reports.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and campaign requirements.
• Provide general administrative support for ongoing marketing projects.
