Operations Coordinator

Seeking a candidate who can work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision once acclimated.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the cleanliness and general upkeep of the facility and grounds.
• Conduct daily inspections of all areas to note and address concerns.
• Ensure the marshalling area is maintained in an orderly manner.
• Assist with the movement of furniture, equipment and supplies as needed, including transportation to and from off-site warehouse locations.
• Plan, schedule and execute special projects as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience and skills required, but not limited to:

• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Candidate must have the ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions as well as adhere to building policies and event requirements.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, and climbing, as needed
• Candidate must have knowledge of basic mathematical skills.
• Must have ability to interact with fellow employees and general public in a professional manner.
• Must be forklift certified or have the ability to obtain forklift certification once employed.
• Valid NC driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Must pass background check.

This will be an hourly non-exempt position
