Intermountain Medical Group Scheduler

Position Purpose

Assist patients to schedule doctor's visits and procedures.

Education:

High school diploma or G.E.D. required; courses in typing, office practices and office machines necessary; computer training, word processing required

Experience/Specialized Skills/Aptitudes

Customer service experience a plus but not required. Must be able to communicate with department members and patients. Must be willing and able to learn new activities and assume new responsibilities as needed within the department. Public Relations ability, clerical accuracy, manual and finger dexterity. Excellent organization, presentation, verbal and written communication skills preferred
