Work Environment

You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent and structured schedule. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Physic Rehab Services, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities to ensure comprehensive care and improved patient outcomes:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical cases, and sports injuries to create accurate diagnoses.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient needs and functional goals, adapting these plans as appropriate based on patient progress.
• Employ therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training aimed at enhancing movement and reducing pain.
• Instruct patients on proper body mechanics and provide home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care and foster independence.
• Work closely with orthopedic physicians and interdisciplinary medical staff to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress.
• Maintain up-to-date patient documentation in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance and continuity in treatment plans.
• Stay informed about advancements in orthopedic physical therapy to enhance patient management and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.

• Capability to assess patients and develop patient-specific treatment plans following established protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
