Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical abilities and limitations to design individualized treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves residents within our rehabilitation facility who require assistance in regaining strength, mobility, and independence following surgical procedures, injuries, or age-related conditions. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including older adults, and adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and various musculoskeletal issues.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: A current Physical Therapist license in good standing from the State of New Jersey.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, though new graduates who meet our criteria are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong emphasis on a patient-centered approach to care are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary between USD 90,000 – 100,000 , commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package that includes:
