Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring each plan aligns with the physician's directives.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to address individual patient needs, which may include exercise therapy, manual therapy, and advanced modalities.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that supports patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to maximize patient outcomes, leveraging collective expertise in patient care.
• Provide skilled therapy sessions within the clinic, meticulously documenting progress, treatment responses, and any necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercises and strategies to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Meet operational goals, including minimum utilization metrics, while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, treating various conditions including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric issues, and sports-related traumas. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer proficiency.

• A proactive approach to collaborating with community resources and building networks for enhanced patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical setting focusing on orthopedics or sports medicine is highly desirable.

• Experience in developing patient education programs or community outreach initiatives.
