Work Environment

The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for work-life balance while fulfilling your professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy care by assessing patients' unique needs and establishing personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a patient-focused approach with a manageable caseload, ensuring adequate attention and time is allocated to each client.
• Apply expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop effective therapeutic interventions tailored to the client's condition.
• Utilize advanced techniques and evidence-based practices to implement cost-effective treatments that enhance mobility and restore function.
• Emphasize and educate patients on non-surgical alternatives to pain management and medication reliance.
• Create comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and wellness strategies.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment journeys, instilling a sense of empowerment and accountability for their recovery process.
• Continuously evaluate and monitor treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal progress.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to bolster patient outcomes and enhance overall care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to uphold quality and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work predominantly with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal disorders. This includes diverse patient demographics ranging from athletes seeking to enhance performance to the elderly needing rehabilitation post-surgery. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program, with an exceptional understanding of physical therapy methodologies and practices.
• Possession of an active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and a robust ability to create effective therapeutic exercise programs.
• Proficient in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for thorough and precise documentation of patient care.
• Up-to-date knowledge of innovative physical therapy practices supported by current research and clinical findings.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, showcasing their capability to manage diverse patient needs. A history of successful patient outcomes and familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration in healthcare are advantageous. Additionally, experience in sports rehabilitation or specialty modalities is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
