Key Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities in alignment with the values and principles of Rethink Counseling Center.
• Adhere to the New Jersey State Practice Act and comply with all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Conduct thorough evaluations of assigned patients and collaboratively establish effective treatment goals and personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver comprehensive, goal-directed therapeutic interventions to maximize patient recovery and satisfaction.
• Integrate patient treatment programs with services offered by other practitioners and community resources to promote collaborative care.
• Engage in ongoing assessment and adjustment of treatment programs based on patient progress.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to case discussions to support patient care strategies.
• Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Rethink Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients. Your expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation will be essential in addressing the unique challenges and treatment needs of each age group. You will employ a holistic approach to care that emphasizes personalized treatment plans, fostering an environment where patients feel supported throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in providing physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated competency in orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, those with additional experience in advanced physical therapy techniques, specialized continuity of care models, or working in multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and ongoing clinical education will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
