Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including thorough reviews of medical histories and physical assessments to identify unique needs and challenges.
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, and involve patients and their families in collaborative goal-setting.
• Implement appropriate therapeutic techniques, modalities, and exercises tailored to each patient's goals, ensuring optimal engagement throughout rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback from the patient.
• Educate patients and families on techniques, exercises, and lifestyle changes to support ongoing recovery and prevention of further injury.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, share insights, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Stay abreast of developments in physical therapy practices and approaches to maintain a high standard of care and improve service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients, which may include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or those managing chronic conditions like arthritis or post-stroke rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapy license to practice in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
