Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities, including range of motion, muscle strength, and movement patterns. Utilize assessment findings to establish clear treatment goals.
• Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address each patient's specific needs, leveraging your expertise in physical therapy.
• Hands-On Therapy & Modalities: Deliver effective manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to restore function and alleviate pain, while also recommending appropriate modalities to augment recovery.
• Patient & Family Education: Provide informative guidance to patients and their families about injury prevention, movement principles, and customized home exercise programs to facilitate continued progress.
• Progress Monitoring & Documentation: Regularly track and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans when necessary, and maintain comprehensive and accurate records that adhere to regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at InCore Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey.

• Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation principles and practices.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
