Work Environment

The rehabilitation center is designed to offer a supportive and collaborative environment, equipped with state-of-the-art therapy tools and equipment. Physical therapists work directly with patients on-site, typically from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, treating approximately two patients each hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and movement capabilities using standardized assessment tools and personal observations.
• Design and implement customized rehabilitation programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of patients.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities—including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy devices—to facilitate healing and restore function.
• Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, including injury prevention strategies and essential lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers such as physicians and occupational therapists, ensuring a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices and promote evidence-based interventions within the team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in physical therapy, specifically in an orthopedic setting.
• Proficient knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with excellent teamwork and analytical abilities.

Preferred Experience

• A background in outpatient care is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
