Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will work alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with individual patient goals and conditions.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy and targeted therapeutic exercises, ensuring evidence-based practices are implemented.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery strategies, safe exercises, and preventive measures to enhance overall health.
• Document patient progress meticulously using electronic medical record (EMR) systems like WebPT, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessment results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides to ensure comprehensive and seamless patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
