• Manage the full cycle of customer's experience with service performed by Service Department to include: 
• Provide an itemized list of charges to customers upon service completion 
• Communicate to customers estimated repair time and cost before starting work 
• Oversee progress of repairs in the Service Department and communicate all changes to customer’s 
• Manage the administrative functions of the Service Department 
• Maintain strong working relationships with Sales and Parts Teams 
• Promote the sales of the Service Department through: 
• Identifying opportunities with current job orders and make recommendations to customers 
• Reviewing service recommendations made to customers that have not been scheduled 
• Promoting all incentive programs 
• Provide Super Service through best professionalism 

• Two years of experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role  
• Working knowledge of service warranty processes 
• Advanced organizational, communication, problem-solving and interpretative skills 
• Intermediate technology aptitude to include 
• Fluid use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook 
• Experience using IDS or similar service management software 
• Use of third-party vendor sites for information and ordering 
• A natural “Doer” attitude towards customer service and action items
