Operational Excellence Lead

Alcoa’s Lake Charles Carbon Plant in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean and ABS initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, map processes, and deliver projects that improve quality, cost and productivity. You will apply PDCA and DMAIC methodologies, coach colleagues, and implement visual management systems to sustain improvements. A Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 4+ years of experience are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
