Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative ($500 Sign-On Bonus)

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage options
Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish
Support agents with day-to-day client needs and office operations
Identify opportunities for cross-selling to better protect clients
Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
Requirements
Active Property Casualty (PC) license (preferred)
Bilingual English Spanish
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
