Director of Investor Relations
Arcovia
Arcovia is a capital markets advisory firm working where narrative, psychology, and institutional capital meet. We introduce institutional capital and advise on raises from $5M to $3B+ across infrastructure, energy transition, AI, and frontier technology. We are seeking an experienced Director of Investor Relations to serve as the firm's liaison to its global network of limited partners, family offices, institutional allocators, co-investors, and strategic introducers. Investor relationships are the foundation of Arcovia's growth. A select group of strategic partners brings high-conviction capital to our mandates. A wider network of allocators, advisors, and scouts trusts us with introductions and allocations every year. This is not a network-building role. It is a network-bringing role. We are looking for a professional who already holds active, trusted relationships with investors who write checks, and who can put those relationships to work alongside Arcovia's own from the first quarter. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Director has an evenly split mandate: Stewardship: looking after Arcovia's existing investor relationships. Development: growing new and renewed investor business, starting with the candidate's own book. We believe these reinforce each other. Investors who are well served are the most reliable source of new capital. This role must never pursue new LPs at the expense of the partners the firm already has. Day to day, the Director will: keep investors informed on live mandates and outcomes manage the Arcovia Circle database deliver investor analytics that inform firm strategy represent Arcovia at signature events re-engage investors who have not participated in some time The ideal candidate has worked inside or alongside family offices, funds, placement agents, or wealth platforms. They understand the economics and rhythms of private capital, and they treat every investor as a valued client of the firm. These areas carry roughly equal weight. About half of the role is looking after existing investor relationships, and half is developing new and renewed ones. We expect growth to come first from relationships that are well served. Investor Relationship Management Serve as the point of contact for Arcovia's LPs, family offices, co-investors, and co‑advisory partners, except for the select strategic relationships managed by the CIO and CEO. Ensure a responsive, discreet, and consistent experience at every touchpoint. Support the CIO in developing strategic relationships with high‑conviction allocators. This includes onboarding new partners, coordinating data room and portal access, and finding ways to deepen existing relationships. Maintain a regular relationship cadence of scheduled calls, visits, and personal touchpoints across Arcovia's investor network in the US, Europe, and the GCC. Resolve investor concerns promptly. Escalate issues to leadership with recommended solutions, and coordinate internally with deal teams, compliance, and our broker‑dealer of record. Investor Network Growth & Development Activate your existing network. Introduce qualified allocators from your own relationships to Arcovia's mandates in a compliant, thesis‑aligned way, from first conversation through onboarding. Originate new capital sources that fit our active mandates and sector priorities. These include family offices, institutional funds, fund‑of‑funds, sovereign‑linked vehicles, and strategic corporates. Rekindle dormant relationships. Identify investors who haven't engaged recently and run structured re‑engagement outreach. Expand existing relationships by introducing current investors to sectors, geographies, and structures beyond those they already participate in. Maintain a live pipeline of prospective, dormant, and expandable investor relationships, with regular reporting to the CIO on origination and re‑engagement activity and results. Mandate Communication & Results Reporting Own outbound communication to the investor network on active mandates, in coordination with deal leads. This covers deal status, diligence milestones, round progress, closing timelines, and post‑close updates. Communicate firm results, including closed raises, portfolio milestones, and recognitions, in a timely and compliant way that reinforces Arcovia as a destination for serious capital. Develop recurring communication vehicles that keep investors engaged between individual deals, such as: the Arcovia Circle quarterly letter sector briefings and mandate webinars with deal leads new‑mandate launch communications Arcovia Circle Database Management Own the Arcovia Circle database as the authoritative record of our investor relationships. It covers contacts, firms, check sizes, sector theses, participation history, event attendance, and communication activity. Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and updates. Establish firmwide protocols for capturing new investor contacts and introductions, including those sourced through our Venture Scout Programme. Partner with the brand team on segmenting the database for targeted mandate distribution, event invitations, and campaigns, integrated with the firm’s CRM and outreach platforms. Data Analytics & Strategic Reporting Build investor analytics for the CIO and leadership, including: allocation activity by investor, sector, geography, and mandate conversion from introduction to commitmentrelationship health indicators Turn data into strategy by identifying the firm’s most valuable relationships, underdeveloped partners, and emerging thesis alignments within the network. Produce recurring dashboards and reports that support leadership decisions and ongoing investor communication. Firm Events & Investor Network Engagement Plan and execute Arcovia's signature investor gatherings, including a closed‑door allocator dinner series and the annual Arcovia Capital Forum, in coordination with the brand team. Represent Arcovia at industry conferences, family office summits, and capital‑introduction events as assigned, cultivating new relationships for the firm. Coordinate investor appreciation, including year‑end outreach and gifting for the Arcovia Circle. Qualifications Required: Established Book of Relationships Direct, active relationships with at least 25 investors who allocate to private markets, such as family offices, funds, fund‑of‑funds, or HNW principals. You should be able to reach them personally rather than through cold outreach. A documented track record of capital introduced or raised in private market transactions. We will ask you to walk us through specific outcomes in interviews. Relationships that can be ethically and contractually brought to Arcovia, free of non‑solicitation or confidentiality restrictions that would prevent you from engaging them. The ability to generate qualified investor introductions to live Arcovia mandates within your first 90 days. Required: Experience & Credentials Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years in investor relations, capital raising, placement, private wealth, or LP coverage. Fluency in private market economics, including fund structures, SPVs, co‑investment, and deal timelines. Discretion, polish, and sound judgment with sensitive information. Preferred Relationships with GCC, US or European capital. CRM discipline (HubSpot, Affinity, or similar). A natural storyteller who can turn an investment thesis into investor conviction. What We Offer A foundational seat in a firm targeting $10B in cumulative mandate volume by 2029. Direct access to leadership and live institutional deal flow. Competitive compensation including base salary, performance incentives, and participation tied to firm growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
