Accounts Receivable Specialist - Azusa, CA
Pivotal Solutions Inc
Prepare invoices for all organ, tissue and eye bank activity, as well as other miscellaneous invoices. Record and apply payments to customer invoices timely and accurately. Review requests for credits, determine eligibility and create credit memos timely and accurately. Respond to customer and accounts receivable calls and emails timely. Review account receivable aging reports at least weekly and follow-up with external and internal customers regarding overdue balances and accounts receivable issues timely to ensure our aging remains within our set goals. Prepare monthly account receivable allowance analysis and calculation in accordance with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pivotal Solutions Inc
