Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$120,000

What You'll Do

• Handle civil, construction defect, and business litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Work directly with clients throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, and Texas.
• Guide clients through all phases of the litigation and risk management process.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and resolve disputes.
• Maintain exceptional written advocacy and legal analysis throughout each matter.

What You'll Need

• 5–10 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience handling construction defect and business litigation matters.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Active Arizona Bar license.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a remote legal team.
