Job Description Lead Maintenance Supervisor (Certified) Lead Maintenance Supervisor – Morris, IL 60540 Take the lead in maintaining a high-quality apartment community where your technical expertise and leadership skills keep operations running smoothly. This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to guide onsite maintenance efforts. Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Pay: $28/hr (Depending on Experience) Type: Temp to hire Start Date: ASAP after onboarding Job Description To oversee daily maintenance operations and onsite staff To complete and assign work orders and preventative maintenance To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs To ensure unit turns meet quality standards To maintain property safety and compliance expectations Qualifications Apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience EPA Type II or Universal Certification Strong skills in general maintenance trades Ability to oversee staff and prioritize workload Own tools required Benefits Through BG Staffing: Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options (PTO or sick leave applicable per state/local law) Referral bonuses
