Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview The Maintenance Supervisor will work at Boulevard Townhome in Springfield, IL. The role requires HVAC & EPA certification and a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience in HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is essential. A commitment to extraordinary customer service is critical. Duties Direct and supervise maintenance staff, including delegating assignments to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs. Perform wall repairs, AC and heating repairs, door, cabinet, and closet work. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5–10 years of maintenance supervisory experience. HVAC & EPA licensed, available to work overtime and on-call emergency schedule. Own hand and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, electrical. Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
