Senior Power Platform Developer

The Marlin Alliance is seeking a highly experienced Senior-Level Power Platform Developer to provide client support to our Navy client. We are seeking motivated professionals who share our agile, solution-oriented mindset and are ready to deliver the real, practical results relied upon by our clients.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows and enterprise-grade Power Apps.Act as a subject matter expert on Power Platform tools, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions.Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and reporting.Manage high-visibility projects involving process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and virtual demos for stakeholders and end-users.Provide strategic guidance for leveraging the full M365 ecosystem, including Teams and Dataverse.Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development and troubleshooting.Required Qualifications: Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 5+ years of relevant experience.Advanced expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.Strong proficiency in Dataverse and integrating external data sources into Power Platform solutions.Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in Angular 6+, Tableau, and RPA tools like UiPath.Familiarity with FlankSpeed and experience supporting Navy clients.High capacity for analytical thinking and process improvement.Experience with Model Driven Apps and/or Dynamics.Work Environment and Mental/Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
