Job Details:

• Seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing team providing value-based care to oncology patients in outpatient settings in the Hartford region, including Manchester and Avon sites
• Involved in triage and the full spectrum of outpatient management of cancer patients, including urgent visits, chemotherapy pre-treatment visits, follow-up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care
• Monday through Friday daytime outpatient schedule with opportunity for shifts on daytime inpatient consult service
• Opportunities for professional advancement and training through a unique relationship with Memorial Sloan Kettering
• Access to APP Clinical Ladder advancement and APP RVU Incentive program
• Supported by a welcoming team committed to growth and development through collaboration, mentoring, and support
• Access to the Office of Advanced Practice and the Office of Provider Wellness for ongoing development and wellbeing
• Eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is required
• Eligibility to be certified as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner is required
• Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is required
• A minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is highly preferred
