A coveted downtown Charleston law firm seeks a legal assistant to support their busy practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent client skills
- Type 60+wpm
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Prior law firm support experience
- Experience ordering records, bills & reports
- Calendaring; schedule client, doctors, attorneys, etc...
- Draft legal documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Experience with switchboard a must
- Working experience with all law firm equipment; fax, copier, scanner, PC
- Other assigned duties and tasks not mentioned
