QUALIFICATIONS:
- Switchboard experience;
- Microsoft Office;
- 5+ years of Law Firm Front Desk support;
- Excellent Phone Etiquette with Clients;
- Welcoming Voice with Experience Taking Messages;
- Screen new Client Calls;
- Direct Office Traffic for Multiple Offices;
- Experience in needles is a PLUS
