A Summerville law firm is seeking a Paralegal with Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation case management experience. Excellent, professional and work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of SC Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation case management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Previous experience with case management software
Professional demeanor and appearance required
Type 50+wpm

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent computer skills
Daily contact with clients
Handle case load of 60+ cases
Type legal correspondence
Collect medical records & bills
Draft demand packages
Set up IME's
Draft Briefs
Case management software
