Vaco Staffing is partnering with a local Logistics company to hire an Logistics Coordinator  to join their Account Management team at their Jacksonville headquarters.

What You'll Do

As an Logistics Coordinator, you'll help ensure customer shipments move efficiently by coordinating with customers, warehouses, transportation providers, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Track inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate transportation scheduling
• Create and update customer orders in company systems
• Monitor shipment status using transportation tracking tools and carrier websites
• Communicate with customers, warehouses, vendors, truck drivers, and internal departments
• Enter billing and vendor payment information
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and records
• Resolve routine shipment issues while providing exceptional customer service
• Build strong relationships with customers and warehouse partners
• Support inventory management and operational reporting
• Assist with continuous process improvements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required
• Previous customer service, administrative, operations, or logistics experience preferred OR degree in Logistics
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
