Inside Account Manager - Employment SpecialistOur team is expanding! We are currently looking for an experienced Inside Account Manager - Employment Specialist to fill an immediate opening with our office. This is an internal position with 75% in the office and 25% out meeting with clients. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of staffing or inside sales experience and prior customer service related work experience is a plus.Responsibilities of the Employment SpecialistDevelop and maintain recruiting sources to ensure consistent applicant flow.Conduct job interviews, administer and score tests, evaluate applicant skills, abilities and availability.Maintain and drive in new business by phone and in person.Assign associates to client accounts, advising associates of client's location, the person to whom they will report, working conditions, essential job functions, work schedule, pay rate, and all other pertinent information.Monitor and record associate performance and provide necessary feedback.Requirements of the Employment SpecialistAssociates degree or real life work experiencePreferred prior customer related work experienceMinimum 1 year of managing othersMinimum 1 to 3 years of staffing or inside sales experienceFull cycle recruiting experience preferredUnderstanding of account managementSolid phone and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of general business, office terminology and basic computer skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectivelyMust have a passion for sales and serviceExcellent attendance and work ethicBenefits of the Employment SpecialistSalary and Commission - base plus commissionIRA matchVacation and Holiday PayShort term and Long term disabilityLife Insurance PolicyTraining will be providedJob Type: Full-time
