divh2Quality Assurance Inspector / Analyst/h2pThe Quality Assurance Inspector / Analyst is responsible for performing focus in receiving, support in-process, and final inspections to ensure that materials, components, welding, painting, and finished machines comply with company standards, engineering drawings, and customer specifications. The inspector must be capable of interpreting technical drawings in both inch and metric systems, performing dye penetrant testing, controlling and following up on nonconforming materials, contributing to 5S initiatives, monitoring calibration status of inspection instruments, maintain compliance with ISO standards, control Non conformities. Develop ITP, Control/Perform external inspection for dropships/ppKey Responsibilities/pulliDimensional Inspection/liliInterpret and review technical drawings (inch and metric systems)./liliPerform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments including: (Calipers, Internal and external micrometers, Measuring tapes, PI tape, Durometer (hardness testing), Profilometers, thread gauges, indicators and other calibrated inspection instruments/liliEnsure compliance with tolerances and geometric requirements./liliVerify calibration status of inspection tools before use./liliDevelop and utilize specific dimensional inspection forms/templates to record measurement results when required./liliEnsure dimensional reports are accurate, traceable, and properly maintained as quality records./liliCommunicate dimensional deviations to Engineering and Production when necessary./liliControl/perform external inspection for dropship/liliWelding and Painting Inspection/liliPerform visual inspection of welds in accordance with applicable codes and project specifications./liliVerify weld size, profile, workmanship, and surface condition./liliConduct Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) as required./liliInspect surface preparation and painting quality (visual and thickness checks)./liliEnsure proper documentation of inspection results and NDE reports./liliNon-conformance Management/liliOpen, document, and close Non-conformance Reports (NCRs)./liliClearly document findings and objective evidence./liliEnsure nonconforming products are identified, segregated, and controlled according to company procedures./liliFollow up on nonconformities to ensure proper disposition, corrective actions, and effective closure./liliSupport root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions./liliMonitor NCR status and ensure timely resolution./liliSupport KPIS ( IMS Objectives )/liliUse systematic problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, Pareto analysis)/liliSupport development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)/liliManaging Calibration Tools/liliControl calibration of the measurement tools.
