Maintenance Assistant - Senior Living

What You’ll Do Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures) Assist with painting and refurbishing projects Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory Support carpet and floor care as needed Assist with suite “make-ready” preparation Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills Drive community vehicle as assigned Maintenance Assistant – Support Daily Repairs and Preventative Facility Maintenance Maintenance Assistant | Maintenance Technician | Building Maintenance | Preventative Maintenance | HVAC | Facilities Pay Range: 16.40 - 20.55 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
