Your Role

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients, order necessary diagnostic tests, and customize individual care strategies
• Independently manage and treat both acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Guide patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and effective disease management
• Prescribe medications and implement therapies according to your clinical expertise
• Engage in continuous patient follow-up along with long-term care management

• Efficiently document all patient interactions in electronic medical records (EMR)

What You Need

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
