Schedule: 4-Day Workweek (10-Hour Shifts, MondayThursday)
Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Available (2nd Shift includes $2/hr. differential)

Compensation:
- +$2.00/hr Shift Differential for 2nd Shift Position
Position Summary:
As a CNC Machinist, you'll set up and operate advanced CNC machines to produce high-quality components. You'll follow production schedules, perform inspections, and contribute to a clean, efficient, and safety-focused workplace. Open to candidates from entry-level trainees to seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Read and follow setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Adjust tools and offsets to maintain precision and accuracy
- Suggest process improvements for quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with Quality and Production teams
- Complete required documentation for production and inspections
What You Bring:
- CNC machining experience, including independent setups and offsets
- Strong blueprint reading, GD&T understanding, and measurement skills
- Ability to run production independently and assist others when needed
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical/vocational training or machining certifications preferred
