CNC Production Technician

What's Your Day Like?
- Operate CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components.
- Monitor production and meet established output goals.
- Perform inspections according to inspection plans and quality requirements.
- Identify machine adjustments and communicate needs to Machine Technicians and Machinists.
- Recognize and document nonconforming parts or processes.
- Complete accurate production and ERP system transactions.
- Perform basic daily machine maintenance and housekeeping.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- 1-4+ years of experience in CNC Machining or equivalent education.
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance AMSE Y14.5.
- Ability to learn production steps in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use Metrology tools and equipment as well as read and follow technical directions.
- Must perform all duties in conjunction with Quality Management System requirements.
Position Requirements
- Consistent, punctual attendance and positive attitude.
- Long periods of standing and able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Must meet minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8.
- For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
