Accounting Operations Manager

Working closely with the CFO, this individual will play an important role across accounting operations while helping support several key initiatives, including the selection and implementation of a new ERP system. Scope of the Role Partner closely with the CFO across accounting operations, process improvement initiatives, and strategic projects as the organization continues to grow and evolve. Play a key role in the implementation and adoption of a modern cloud-based ERP solution, serving as a Finance subject matter expert and partnering across Accounting, Operations, and leadership teams to support a successful transition. Partner with leadership to evaluate and optimize GL structure, reporting hierarchies, workflows, and accounting processes to improve efficiency, reporting capabilities, and scalability. Help strengthen processes, controls, and operational effectiveness across the Accounting function. Help lead the Accounting organization through a period of significant transformation, providing stability and practical solutions as new systems, processes, and technologies are introduced. Ideal Experience 7-12 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong foundation in general ledger and accounting operations. Experience participating in at least one ERP implementation, migration, or major systems transformation from the Finance/Accounting side. Experience serving as an ERP super user, Finance SME, or key accounting resource during implementation and post-go-live support.
