Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage the full project lifecycle, including project planning, stakeholder management, budgeting, resource allocation, and project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation, closure, and transition to support
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and business partners
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Facilitate meetings and communicate project status, milestones, and recommendations
• Ensure project documentation meets organizational and regulatory requirements
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Technical Skills

• Strong SharePoint editing and publishing skills
• Advanced Smartsheet experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic Salesforce navigation and reporting experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong project and program management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong business analysis, planning, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, CAPM, or similar certification
• Experience leading enterprise technology projects
• Experience with project portfolio management tools
• Digital transformation or process improvement experience
