What You'll Do

• Observe and report changes in residents' mental and physical well-being
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by physicians
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure quality of care
• Assist physicians during resident rounds and facilitate communication
• Perform wound care, including managing wound vacs, and administer oxygen and gastrostomy feedings
• Monitor resident appointments, document care, and oversee infection control practices
• Complete admissions, discharges, transfers, and detailed shift reports
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and team members
• Ensure compliance with medication storage and documentation protocols
• Support staff orientation and ongoing education

What You Need

Required:

• Valid license as an LVN/LPN in New Hampshire
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or related settings

About the Assignment This opportunity is located approximately 2 hours from Boston, in a rural community that offers a close-knit, supportive environment. Candidates must have reliable transportation due to limited public transit and housing options. You will be part of a dedicated nursing team providing essential care and support for residents in a long-term care facility.
