We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own and scale our revenue technology ecosystem. This is an opportunity to become the driving force behind a company's go-to-market infrastructure, partnering directly with executive leadership to design, automate, and optimize the systems that power growth.
You'll be responsible for connecting and managing key platforms including Salesforce, Clay, Gong, Apollo, 6sense, and marketing automation tools , ensuring clean data, reliable reporting, and scalable workflows across the business.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize the Salesforce environment, including workflows, automations, reporting, and forecasting.
- Build and manage Clay enrichment workflows, lead scoring models, and AI-powered GTM processes.
- Connect and automate systems using APIs, webhooks, and low-code platforms such as n8n or Make.
- Develop executive reporting around pipeline health, conversion metrics, forecasting, and revenue performance.
- Improve data quality, attribution, lead routing, and operational efficiency across the GTM organization.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to build a best-in-class revenue technology stack.
What We're Looking For
✅ Experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Systems .
✅ Strong hands-on Salesforce administration and workflow automation experience.
✅ Proven experience building and managing Clay workflows (certification highly preferred).
✅ Experience with Gong, Apollo, 6sense, Marketo , or similar GTM technologies.
✅ Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and integrations .
✅ Builder mentality with the ability to create scalable processes from the ground up.
