Administrative AssistantPerforms diversified secretarial duties supporting management and/or a physician.Responsibilities:Performs diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to:Typing various forms of correspondenceScheduling appointments, meetings, etc.Transmitting various documents using computer, mail, and/or faxRecordkeepingMaintaining files and filing systemsTaking meeting minutesReceptionist dutiesMaintaining office inventory and ordering suppliesPerforms related duties, as required.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent, required.Prior clerical experience, required.Ability to communicate effectively.Available to work Monday-Friday and be able to work any 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pmThe salary range for this position is $20.00-$20.00/hour.
