- Proven experience in IT business analysis, specifically with eQMS systems.
- Strong background in quality functions and enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience in managing agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Proficient in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Skilled in data analysis and process mapping.
- Experience with TrackWise Digital eQMS.
- Familiarity with UAT planning and execution.
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior analysts.
- Proficiency in developing process flow diagrams and use cases.
