Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and other oncological treatments to patients.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses during treatments.
• Replace blood and electrolytes as needed.
• Ensure adherence to neutropenic precautions and strict infection control policies.
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech EMR system.
