Regional Clinical Manager – Respiratory Therapy (Direct Hire) Location: Kent, WA (Pacific Northwest Region – WA) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with occasional on‑call coordination) Compensation: $100,000–$115,000 base + 10% bonus Travel: Regional travel across 20+ branch locations About the Organization: Dedicated to a simple mission: Patients First . A Pacific Northwest-based medical equipment provider specializing in sleep therapy, home oxygen services, mechanical ventilation, and diabetes supplies. They partner with health systems to manage chronic respiratory and sleep conditions from the comfort of home. Scope of Role: Oversight of 20+ branch locations across Washington and Oregon Leadership of 2 Supervisors, 20+ Respiratory Therapists, and Sleep Equipment Technicians Reporting to the Division Vice President Hands‑on leadership presence What You’ll Do: Clinical Leadership & Operations Lead, mentor, and develop regional clinical teams Ensure adherence to clinical, regulatory, and company standards Monitor quality metrics and implement performance improvement plans Standardize patient setup, follow‑up care, and clinical documentation Team Management & Development Provide coaching, training, and competency assessments Drive engagement, accountability, and team performance Lead clinical meetings and ongoing education initiatives Operational Oversight Partner with clinical and sales teams on provider in‑services Oversee inventory, equipment handling, and compliance at branch locations Patient & Stakeholder Impact Ensure timely, high‑quality patient setups in the home Support education for patients and families on device usage Collaborate with referral sources to optimize care transitions What We’re Looking For (Must-Have): Proven leadership experience managing clinical teams (required) Experience supervising Respiratory Therapists and/or DME teams RRT or CRTT credential with current state licensure Minimum 5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience Strong operational and people leadership capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Cross Country Healthcare
