The VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Allergist/Immunologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Mather, CA . This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, veteran-centered allergy and immunology care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The selected physician will deliver comprehensive outpatient allergy and immunology services while contributing to the VA s commitment to excellence in clinical care, education, and patient safety.

• Provide outpatient evaluation and management of allergic and immunologic conditions, including asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergy, urticaria, angioedema, and immunodeficiency
• Perform and interpret allergy diagnostic testing , including skin testing and pulmonary function testing as applicable
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans , including immunotherapy when appropriate
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty services in a team-based care model
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the VA electronic health record (CPRS)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development
• Teaching and academic involvement may be available based on interest

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy and Immunology
• Unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
• Eligible for VA credentialing and privileging
