Seeking an Illinois Licensed Sales Producer, the full-time remote Personal Lines Inside Sales Producer will manage inbound sales opportunities, handle a large volume of client accounts, and build strong relationships with customers while providing high-quality service. Key responsibilities Handle lead volume primarily through inbound calls, following communication scripts and prompts Build sustainable relationships with clients by interacting in a professional and caring manner Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the call center database and meet performance metrics Required qualifications High school graduate or equivalent; some college education is a plus 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to embrace new technologies and demonstrate good judgment Virtual Vocations Inc
