General Office Paraprofessional (Activities Department) at Millard West High School

Millard West is seeking an Activities Department Para Educator beginning in August 2026 to support the daily operations and logistics of the school’s activities and athletics programs. This position assists with communication, scheduling, transportation coordination, media organization, concessions management, event support, health room backup support, and record keeping to ensure efficient operation of extracurricular programs and events. The position is primarily scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend responsibilities during special events and tournaments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain the activities website Coordinate transportation and facility schedules Support media organization and concessions operations Assist with large school events Provide backup support for the school health room as needed Maintain records related to activities and athletics programs Qualifications Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, coaches, parents, and community members Experience in athletics, activities, event coordination, school operations, or student support services is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Millard Public Schools
