Job Description

Dgada Staffing is recruiting qualified RN–OR (Peds) in Dayton, Ohio. The Registered Nurse will provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, maintaining sterile technique, and collaborating with surgeons and the surgical team throughout the perioperative process.

Education & License

Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( ADN or BSN ).
Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license .
Current BLS certification .
Current PALS certification .
ACLS certification as required by the facility.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care pediatric experience in the specific specialty
Previous pediatric Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required.
Minimum 1 year of Epic experience .
Experience with pediatric surgical procedures, perioperative patient care, infection control, and sterile technique.
Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary surgical team.
