Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician

To support a growing pet pharmacy, the full-time hourly Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage inbound and outbound calls, process prescription orders, and collaborate with pharmacists to ensure quality customer service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Manage 50-70 incoming calls per 8-hour shift while providing quality customer service Process new and refill prescription orders, including communication with veterinarians for refill requests Collaborate with pharmacists and colleagues to inform patients about order tracking and verify invoices/charges Required qualifications: Active Pharmacy Technician License in Texas Experience in data processing, fulfillment, or retail; veterinary experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and remain stationary for prolonged periods Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must have a strong customer-focused mindset and a love for pets
