Sales Support Administrator
Sacramento, CA — On-site | $24–$29/hour DOE + benefits

Big Hairy Dog Information Systems is looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales Team in Sacramento.

We're not looking for a salesperson — we're looking for the person behind the scenes who keeps the sales team moving and delivers an exceptional client experience. If you see something that needs doing and just do it, we want to talk to you.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of everything around the sale — quotes, client requests, internal coordination — so our salespeople can focus on what they do best. In-office, Sacramento (not remote).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send client quotes and proposals
• Handle client requests via phone and email, through to completion
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Accounting, and Operations
• Schedule meetings and manage client communications
• Track outstanding requests and maintain sales records
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a similar sales support or admin role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• CRM experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24–$29/hour DOE
• Medical, profit sharing, 401(k), PTO
